About the photographer
I am the owner of CorsaMedia and used to work as an executive editor for two Dutch magazines about photography: Fotografie F+D and FotoVisie. I studied Design & Communication in Rotterdam.

As a photograper I specialise in car photography, focussing on (classic) racecars. In the early ’90s most of my weekends were spent on the Dutch circuit of Zandvoort or the Belgian F1 circuit of Spa-Francor- champs. During this period I started publishing about the Spa Ferrari Days in the American magazine about Ferrari ‘FORZA’. Later I started working as a freelance photographer and journalist for a Dutch magazine about Italian cars and for theMaserati Club Holland magazine 'Tricolore’. My latest work is published in the Dutch magazine about GT and sportscars ´Chicane Magazine´.

Over de fotograaf
Ik ben Michiel Mulder, eigenaar van CorsaMedia en van 2000 tot en met 2008 bladmanager van de fotobladen Fotografie F+D en FotoVisie. Ik heb Vorm- geving & Communicatie gestudeerd aan Hogeschool inHolland in Rotterdam. Als freelance fotograaf ben ik gespecialiseerd in autofotografie, met nadruk op (historische) racerij.

Begin jaren ’90 bracht tijdens mijn studie de meeste weekends al door op Circuit Park Zandvoort of het Belgische F1 circuit Spa-Francorchamps. In deze tijd begon ik met het publiceren van verslagen over de Spa Ferrari Days in het Amerikaanse Ferrari magazine ‘FORZA’. Later kwamen daar freelance werkzaam- heden bij als fotograaf en journalist voor een Neder- lands autoblad over Italiaanse auto's en voor het club- magazine van de Maserati Club Holland 'Tricolore’. Tevens verscheen werk van mijn hand op de Maserati fabriekswebsite: reportages over de Shell Historic Challenge. Mijn meest recente werk wordt gepu- bliceerd in het nieuwe Nederlandse blad over GT´s en sportauto´s ´Chicane Magazine´ en op de website Driving-fun.com.

Archive
My archive contains thousands of photographs of many rare sports and racecars in action on racetracks throughout Europe. Next to this, there are lots of static images, taken during concourses d’élégance like Paleis het Loo and Villa d’Este. Every year, this archive grows bigger. For more information please contact me.

Archief
Mijn archief omvat duizenden foto's van zeldzame sport- en raceauto's: o.a. Ferrari, Maserati, Porsche en Aston Martin in actie op circuits door heel Europa. Daarnaast zijn er vele 'statische' beelden, genomen op pad- docks, in pitboxen en tijdens concour- ses d’élégance zoals Paleis het Loo en Villa d’Este. Ieder jaar groeitt het archief, dus als u een speciale foto zoekt van een bijzondere auto, neem dan even contact op via e-mail.
